thus render justice

Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the
petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12303 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are
complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public
Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
4.In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition
already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
