Judgment De-Indexing Request
Order.law maintains a public library of judgments from the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts for legal research and public reference.
We understand that in certain situations, continued visibility of a judgment in search engine results may cause personal, professional, or reputational harm. This form allows individuals to request de-indexing of specific judgment pages from search engines.
Please note:
- De-indexing refers only to removal from search engine results such as Google.
- Judgments remain part of the judicial record and may continue to be available within legal databases.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of the request.
- Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, search engines typically take 30 to 45 days to reflect de-indexing changes.
