This contempt petition is filed that the order of this
Court in WP(MD) No. 10213 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019 has not been
complied with.
2.Today(29.11.2024), when this contempt petition is
taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that
the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the
proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner(Accounts), Thoothukudi
City Muncipal Corporation, Thoothukudi in Na.Ka.P5/0629/2018,
dated 28.11.2024 is placed before this Court.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by either
side counsel, this contempt petition is closed.
