Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated
therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the
condition imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2665/2024 dt
04.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2412/2024 dt 15.02.2024 in so far as to appear before
the respondent police.
Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon
perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of
MR.S.SATHYACHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of
MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the
Respondent, the court made the following order:-
Heard both sides.
2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are

complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he would further
submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the
condition imposed by this Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is
relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned trial
Court for each and every hearing date.
