praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents
herein to issue patta in respect of Survey No. 22 and 388 in situated at
Pananvayal village, Karaikudi taluk, Sivagangai District to consider the
petitioner representation dated 22.03.2024 within the time stipulated by this
Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned
representation dated 22.03.2024 and pass final order on merits and in
accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt
of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of
the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before
