consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2023 and cancel the patta
issued in the name of 2nd respondent in Patta No.2831 in respect of property in
S. No.49/4 of Kachakatti Group of Kutladampatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk,
Madurai and issue a patta in the petitioner's name for the same.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned
representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within
a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I
make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the
first respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be
put on notice before passing the order.
