PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the
respondents No.1 to 3 to grant permission and protection for the temple
festival, namely, “1008 vilakku Poojai” on 02.08.2024 at 5.30 p.m., in
Arulmigu Sri Pahampriyaal Samathe Sri Valmiganatha Swami Temple
situated at Thiruvetriyoor Village, Ramanathapuram District by
considering petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2024 within the time
frame fixed by this Court.
