      Order :  This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition
      filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.BANUMATHY,  
      Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,   Government   
      Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
           This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner
      in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8024 of 2024, dated 03.06.2024.                           
           2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is
