by this Court, by allowing this revision petitions.

Considering the innocuous relief which is sought in these Civil
Revision Petitions to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2023 and
H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, without

notice to the respondent, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of at
the admission stage on the following terms:
(i)The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is requested to take up the
case in H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2023 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same
as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(ii)The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is requested to take up the
case in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2020 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same
as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
