respondents 1 to 4 herein to take immediate action against 5th respondent
and his hooligans in the nature preventing them from illegally seizing the
petitioner's JCB bearing registration number TN65-AX-7077 based on
his representation dated 09.03.2022 in the light of the judgment of the
Apex Court Reported in 2007 (2) CRC 334 and pass appropriate orders
on his representation with in a time frame fixed by this Court.
