ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners had
filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3 not to harass
the Petitioners and not to interfere with the civil dispute.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the
Respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the second Respondent had transferred
the complaint along with the entire files to the City Crime Branch No.III,
Madurai. Further the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that
the City Crime Branch III, Madurai will follow the directions of the Director
General of Police, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, in Rc.007301/Genl.I(1)/2019, dated
09.04.2019 and Additional Director General of Police in
C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024, regarding civil dispute.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor,
this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the
Respondents 1 to 3 to act as per the aforesaid circular.
