this Honble High Court.
Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon
perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of
MR.D.RAJABOOPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES,
Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the
following order:-
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner
in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11150 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is
complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate
