                                       ORDER                                      
                   The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court
           passed in W.P.(MD)No.19608 of 2023 dated 14.08.2023 has not been       
           complied with.                                                         
                   2. In the said writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to
           the first respondent to consider his representation dated 26.05.2022 seeking

           grant of patta and dispose of the same within a stipulated time. This Court, by
           order dated 14.08.2023, disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the
           first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.05.2022
           and pass appropriate orders thereon, on its merits and in accordance with law,
           after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a
           period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
                   3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned
           Additional Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the order of this
           Court dated 14.08.2023, enquiry proceedings was initiated. It was posted for
           hearing on 14.08.2024 and 19.08.2024 and it is also posted today. According
           to him, the petitioner has appeared for enquiry on 14.08.2024 and sought for
           an adjournment.                                                        
                   4. Considering the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed,
           with a direction to the respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings, within
           a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No
           costs.
