             PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
             praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd
             respondents to refrain from entertaining the execution of any deed or power of
             attorney pertaining to properties bearing Sy.Nos. 464/2A3B2, 464/4, 464/5
             Sayalkudi Revenue Firka, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District from any
             person, especially from the 3rd to 5th respondents.

                                      ORDER                                       
                  The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this

             the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as
             withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is
