      Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon
      perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of
      MR.K.GOKUL,   Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government 
      Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, while admitting the Criminal
      Revision Case, the court made the following order:-                         
           This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner
      from surrender in connection with judgment dated 13.09.2023 made in C.C.No.2 of
      2016 on  the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, (CCIW-Special) Court,
      Tirunelveli, of conviction order confirmed by dismissing the judgment dated 
      14.03.2024 made in Crl.A.No.162 of 2023 on the file of the first Additional District
      Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.                                                
           2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this
      petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition
      is allowed.
