                                    Sanhita,  2023,    Police  Station   Kotwali  
                                    Dehradun, District Dehradun.                  
                                         Heard.                                   
                                         At the very outset, learned State counsel
                                    would  submit   that in  this  matter, after  
                                    investigation, final report has been submitted
                                    and at present applicant is not wanted.       
                                         The Court takes on record the statement  
                                    given by learned State counsel.               
                                         In view of the statement of the learned  
                                    State counsel, the anticipatory bail application
                                    may not be entertained. It is stands disposed of
                                    accordingly.
