of eligibilit y and w as not even eligible t o apply for

candidat es of Gener al Cat egor y w as 30 year s as on
31.01.2015. Tak ing t he age r elaxat ion of 05 year s
given t o candidat es of Doob Kshet r a even, pet it ioner
is over aged ( as his Dat e of Bir t h is 16 June 1973) .
