                    1.   By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying    
                    for the following reliefs:-                                     
                         i.   Issue writ or direction in the nature of certiorari for
                         calling the record and quashing the impugned order dated   
                         26.08.2021 and  impugned   order dated  31.01.2023         
                         (contained as Annexure No. 1 & 3 to the writ petition)     
                         passed by the respondents.                                 
                         ii.  Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus   
                         by directing to the respondents to pay the recovered       
                         amount which has been recovered from the petitioner by     
                         the respondents under the garb of the impugned orders      
                         with interest.                                             
                    2.   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits tht the         
                    issue as raised in the present petition is squarely covered     
                    by  the judgment  dated  05.08.2024,  rendered  by the          
                    Division Bench of this Court in bunch of Special Appeals,       
                    the leading one  is SPA  No. 60  of 2024,  Uttarakhand          
                    Transport Corporation and others vs. Daya Kishan Pathak         
                    and others, the copy of which is enclosed as Annexure-5.

                    3.   Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel who appears  for         
                    the Uttarakhand Transport Corporation also submits that         
                    the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by     
                    the said judgment.                                              
                    4.   In view of the statement as given , the present writ       
                    petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed         
                    by the Division Bench of this Court dated 05.08.2024 in         
                    bunch  of Special Appeals, leading one is SPA No. 60 of         
                    2024, Uttarakhand  Transport Corporation and others vs.         
                    Daya Kishan Pathak and others                                   
                                                 .
