                                    1.   Mr. D.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the  
                                    petitioner.                                   
                                    2.   Mr. Suyash Pant, learned Standing Counsel
                                    for the State.                                
                                    3.   Mr. Jayavardhan Kandpal, learned counsel 
                                    for the respondent Bank.                      
                                    4.   By the instant writ petition, petitioner is
                                    challenging the recovery citation dated 21.10.2024
                                    issued by respondent no. 2 for an amount of Rs.
                                    1,61,9000/-.                                  
                                    5.   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
                                    that petitioner is facing financial hardships,
                                    however, he is ready to pay the entire outstanding
                                    balance amount with interest for which he want
                                    some time.                                    
                                    6.   Mr. Jayavardhan Kandpal, learned counsel 
                                    for the respondent Bank, on instructions, submits
                                    that if petitioner deposits some reasonable amount
                                    within a week, then remaining amount can be   
                                    deposited by him within three months.         
                                    7.   Suggestion and proposal made by Mr.      
                                    Jayavardhan Kandpal  is really appreciable,   
                                    therefore, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.
                                    50,000/- with the respondent Bank within one  
                                    month  from today and  rest of the balance    
                                    outstanding amount along with interest shall be
                                    paid by him thereafter on or before 28.02.2025.
                                    8.   Till 28.02.2025, recovery citation dated 
                                    21.10.2024 shall be kept in abeyance and if   
                                    petitioner fails to repay the loan amount, then
                                    respondents are free to proceed against the   
                                    petitioner pursuant to the recovery citation dated
                                    21.10.2024 issued by respondent no. 2.        
                                    9.   Subject to the above directions, writ petition
                                    is disposed of.
