                                  1.   Mr. A.P. Singh, learned counsel, holding brief
                                  of Mr.  Abhijay Negi, learned counsel for the   
                                  petitioner.                                     
                                  2.   Mr. Dr. K.H. Gupta, learned counsel for the
                                  respondent University.                          
                                  3.   Petitioner’s grievance is that the respondent
                                  University are not declaring the result of the  
                                  graduation of the petitioner, since petitioner could
                                  not qualify the second semester examination at the
                                  relevant time, which he was permitted later by the
                                  University  to  qualify at   the  time   of     
                                  Sixth Semester examination.                     
                                  4.   Yesterday, matter was posted for today on the
                                  request of University’s counsel.                
                                  5.   On  instructions, learned counsel for the  
                                  University, submits that since the petitioner was
                                  permitted to appear in  the second semester     
                                  examination by way of back paper with the sixth 
                                  semester examination by the University, therefore,
                                  he is entitled to get mark-sheet of each semester
                                  including second semester.                      
                                  6.   Mr. K.H. Gupta, learned counsel for the    
                                  respondent University assures and undertakes    
                                  before this Court that result of the petitioner 
                                  including second semester will be declared within a
                                  week provided petitioner deposits the remaining fee
                                  within three days.                              
                                  7.   In view of the assurance and undertaking   
                                  given by the learned counsel for the respondent 
                                  University, on instructions, present writ petition is
                                  disposed of finally with the direction to the   
                                  petitioner to deposit the remaining fee within three
                                  days and within a week, the respondent University
                                  shall declare the result of the petitioner and will
                                  hand over the mark sheet of each semester of B.A. to
                                  the petitioner.
