JUDGMENT :

For the reasons stated in the Delay
Condonation Applications filed in all these Special
Appeals, the delay in filing these Special Appeals is
condoned. All the Delay Condonation Applications stand
allowed.

2. Counsel for the State has informed the Court
that the present Special Appeals have been rendered
infructuous, as all the private respondents (Doctors)
have completed their bond period, and after completing
their bond period, the amount due has been released to
them, and the private respondents (Doctors) have been
relieved from bond conditions.
3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by
the learned counsel for the State, the present Special
Appeals are dismissed as infructuous.
4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
