                                          1. Mr.   Deepak   Petshali, learned     
                                  counsel for the applicant, Mr. Saurabh Pandey,  
                                  learned Brief Holder for the State and Mr.      
                                  Ishwar   Bisht, learned  counsel   for  the     
                                  respondent.                                     
                                          2. Both these C482 Applications have    
                                  been  moved   along with  the Compounding       
                                  Applications (IA/2/2024), which are supported   
                                  with the affidavits of the applicants of both   
                                  the C482 Applications and respondent No. 2.     
                                          3. The applicants of both the C482      
                                  Applications and the respondent complainant     
                                  are  present  in Court, identified by their     
                                  respective counsels through  their Aadhaar      
                                  Cards.                                          
                                          4. It is submitted in the Compounding   
                                  Applications  that   the   applicants  and      
                                  respondent  No. 2 have settled their disputes   
                                  as the allegations pertain to the land dispute. 
                                  The  complainant who is present in Court; on    

                                  interaction, submits that she does not want to  
                                  proceed  with the case, since she settled all   
                                  their disputes with the applicants.             
                                          5. Mr. Saurabh Pande, learned Brief     
                                  Holder for the State fairly submits that the    
                                  offences punishable under Sections 467, 468     
                                  and 471 of IPC are not compoundable, but he     
                                  submits that the allegations are personal in    
                                  nature  and  since they  have settled their     
                                  disputes, therefore, these offences can also be 
                                  compounded.                                     
                                          6. After hearing the learned counsel    
                                  for  the  parties  and   after taking  into     
                                  consideration the submissions advanced  by      
                                  the learned Brief Holder for the State, this    
                                  Court is of the view that the compounding       
                                  applications deserve to be allowed.             
                                          7. In view of this, the Compounding     
                                  Applications are allowed.                       
                                          8. Entire proceedings of Criminal Case  
                                  No.  2034 of 2019  (State Vs. Lalit Jyala and   
                                  another)  for the offence punishable under      
                                  Sections 420, 506, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of   
                                  IPC, arising out of FIR No. 322 of 2018, Police 

                                  Station – Khatima,  District – Udham  Singh     
                                  Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief 
                                  Judicial Magistrate, Khatima, District Udham    
                                  Singh Nagar are hereby quashed.                 
                                       9. C482 applications stand disposed of.
