                                          1. Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for
                                  the petitioner and Mr. Akshay Latwal, learned   
                                  Brief Holder for the State.                     
                                          2. Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for
                                  the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the
                                  petitioner has  already been  arrested and      
                                  produced before the Juvenile Justice Board and  
                                  sent to the Juvenile Home.                      
                                          3. In view of the statement as given by 
                                  the  learned counsel for the petitioner, the    
                                  present writ petition is dismissed as having    
                                  rendered infructuous.
