                                          1. Mr. Ankur Sharma, learned counsel    
                                  for  the applicant and  Mr. Pawan   Mishra,     
                                  learned counsel for the respondent.             
                                          2. On 16.07.2024 notice was issued to   
                                  the respondent and thereafter, on 29.07.2024    
                                  both  the  parties were directed to remain      
                                  present  in   Court. However,   today   the     
                                  respondent is present; but the applicant is not 
                                  present.                                        
                                          3. Learned counsel for the applicant    
                                  submits that he does not  want to press the     
                                  present Application, preferred under Section    
                                  528 of BNSS, 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023).         
                                          4. Accordingly, the present Application 
                                  is dismissed as not pressed.
