                                    1.   Mr. Dinesh Gahatori, learned counsel for 
                                    the petitioner.                               
                                    2.   Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi, learned Standing  
                                    Counsel for Union of India.                   
                                    3.   In the instant writ petition, the petitioner is
                                    praying for the following reliefs:            
                                             “(i)  Issue a writ in the nature of  
                                              mandamus directing the respondents to
                                              release the family pension in favour of the
                                              petitioner w.e.f. October, 2019, otherwise
                                              the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss
                                              and injury.”                        
                                    4.   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
                                    that the issue as raised in the present writ  
                                    petition is squarely covered by the Division  
                                    Bench judgment  dated 20.09.2023 passed in    
                                    WPSB  No. 97 of 2019.                         
                                    5.   Learned Standing Counsel for Union of    
                                    India Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi also fairly submits
                                    that the issue raised in this writ petition is
                                    squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment    
                                    passed by the Division Bench of this Court in 
                                    WPSB  No. 97 of 2019.                         
                                    6.   In view of the submissions as advanced by
                                    the learned counsel for the parties, the present
                                    writ petition is disposed of in terms of the  
                                    judgment dated 20.09.2023 passed in WPSB No.  
                                    97 of 2019.                                   
                                    7.   Accordingly, the respondent no. 5 is     
                                    directed to consider the case of the petitioner in
                                    the light of the aforesaid judgment within two
                                    months.
