Heard Mr. K. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner as well as Mr. M. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the
respondent-contemnors.
It is submitted that the Judgment and order dated 02.05.2024,
passed by this Court in WP(C) No.305 of 2024 has been complied with
according to the understanding of the respondent-contemnors.

A copy of the compliance order dated 7 September, 2024 issued
by the respondent-contemnors has been submitted by learned Addl. G.A. Keep
the same with the record.
In view of the above, the instant contempt application stands
dropped. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court if
he is aggrieved of any order of the respondent-contemnors.
