complainant has further stated that the accused-applicant had slapped her. In

               of the accused-applicant.

applicant, namely Sri Partha Das shall be released on bail on furnishing a
bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with one surety of like

However, it is directed that the accused-applicant, namely, Sri Partha
Das shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight and he

In terms of the above direction, the instant anticipatory bail
               application stands allowed and disposed.
