                    Heard Mr. Subrata Sarkar, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.
               K.D. Singha, learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant. Also
               heard Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the respondent-State.
                    This is an application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik
               Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for granting bail to the accused namely,
               Anower Hossain, who was arrested in connection with Sonamura Police  
               Station case No.2024 SNM 076 for committing offences punishable under
               Sections 126(2)/118/109/303/3(5) of BNS.                             
                    A complaint has been lodged inter alia stating that on 12.08.2024, the
               accused namely, Anower Hossain along with others had attacked the son of
               the complainant namely, Soleman Mia, who was returning from Urmai    
               Bazar after marketing along with Samsul Haque. When they reached at  
               Golachipa, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. caused severe injuries on
               them.

                    From the complaint it is revealed that there is direct allegation against
               accused no.1 and accused no.5. From the case diary it reveals that Anower
               Hossain, i.e. the present accused arrived at the spot after hearing the shout of
               the villagers. From the case diary it further reveals that the investigation is
               already completed and the accused-applicant has been in custody for almost
               30 days.                                                             
                    In the opinion of this Court, in this circumstance, further detention of
               the accused in custody is not required. In view of this, the accused person
               namely, Anower Hossain shall be released on bail on furnishing a bond of
               Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand) with one surety of like amount to the
               satisfaction of the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. However, it is
               directed that the accused, Anower Hossain shall appear before the    
               Investigating Officer once in a week.                                
                    With the aforesaid directions, the instant application for bail stands
               allowed and disposed of.
