This is an application filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act
for condoning delay of 916 days in filing the connected appeal against the
judgment and award dated 18.02.2022 passed by the Ld. LA Judge Court No.5
West Tripura, Agartala in Case No. Civil Misc (LA) 04 of 2019.
Heard Mr. Rajib Saha, learned counsel appearing for the
applicant. None appears for the respondents.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the
averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, delay
caused in preferring the appeal is condoned.
With the above observation and direction, the present
interlocutory application stands allowed and thus disposed of.
