                       This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by
                the petitioners.                                                    
                [2]    The petitioners have approached this court for the following reliefs:
                            “i) Admit the petition;                                 
                            ii) Call for the records from the custody of the respondents;
                            iii) As to why a writ of Mandamus shall not be issued directing the Respondents
                            to release the due and drawn amounting to Rs.3,14,410/- (Rupees Three Lacs
                            Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred and Ten) only, in favour of the petitioners, as
                            per the letter, vide No. F.4(1)/S-ACD/RPC/ACCTT/2021/243-45, dated
                            12.06.2021.                                             
                            iv) As to why a writ of Mandamus shall not be issued directing the Respondents
                            to release the due and drawn amounting to Rs.3,14,410/- (Rupees Three Lacs
                            Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred and Ten) only in favour of the petitioners with
                            12% interest from the date of issuance of the letter, vide No.F.4(1)/IS-
                            ACD/RPC/ACCTT/2021/243-45, dated 12.06.2021 issued by the respondent
                            No.3…………”                                               
                [3]    Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

                [4]    On perusal of record, it is seen that on 8 June, 2023, Inspector of
                Schools, TTAADC, Rupaichari, Sabroom, South Tripura (respondent no.3 herein)
                wrote a letter to the Principal Officer (Education), TTAADC, Khumulwng, West
                Tripura (respondent No.4 herein) regarding requirement of fund amounting to
                Rs.3,14,410/- (rupees three lakhs fourteen thousand four hundred ten) only for

                releasing the arrear bill of late Paino Mog, Ex. AT but, till date, no step has been
                taken by the respondent No.4 for consideration of this letter.      
                       In view of the pendency of the matter before the respondent No.4,
                without going into the merits of the case, the instant writ petition filed by the
                petitioners is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to consider the

                case of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid letter dated 8 June, 2023
                and inform the decision accordingly to the petitioners within a period of one
                month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.           
                       Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. As a sequel,
                miscellaneous application pending, if any, shall stand closed.
