The instant contempt proceeding alleges willful disobedience of
the judgment and order dated 03.11.2022 passed in WA No.21/2018 by
Coordinate Bench of this Court. However, the Union of India has assailed it in
SLP (Civil) Diary No.46699/2023. By order dated 08.12.2023, notices have
been issued by the Apex Court.
In that view of the matter, the instant contempt petition is disposed
of.
