Heard Mr. S. S. Dey, learned Advocate General assisted by Ms.
Ayantika Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the State/appellants. Also
heard Mr. Samar Das, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ
petitioner.
Learned Advocate General for the State/appellants has submitted that
the relief sought for by the writ petitioner had already been granted in the year
2023 itself and the MR Bills have also been paid to him. However, out of
inadvertence it was not communicated to the Court.
In view of this, personal appearance of the officers is dispensed with.
