This is an application filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting anticipatory bail to the accused-
applicant who is wanted by the police personnel in connection with GRP PS
Case No.076 of 2024 dated 08.07.2024 for the offence punishable under
Sections 61(2)/249(b)/143(3)(4) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and
Sections 14(A)/14(C) of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and Section 3 of the I.P.P
Act (Entry into India, Amendment) 2000, which is now pending before the
learned Elaka Magistrate, Court no.6, Agartala, West Tripura.
Heard Mr. J. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the
accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P appearing for
               the State-respondent.
I have perused the case diary as produced by learned Addl. P.P.

                                          2 2
                                      Page of
After perusal of the case diary, in my opinion, there is no serious
material surfaced against the accused-applicant and it is a fit case to grant
anticipatory bail to the accused-applicant. Accordingly, in the event of
arrest, the accused-applicant, namely Shri Bishal Sarkar shall be released on
bail by furnishing a bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with
one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
However, it is directed that the accused-applicant shall cooperate with
the process of investigation in all manner and also shall appear before the
investigating officer once in a week.
In terms of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands allowed
               and disposed of.
                    Case diary is returned.
