By the impugned order passed in Revenue Case No.57/17, the
learned District Collector, West Tripura has rejected the application of the
petitioner for revision in the record of rights under Section 95 of the TLR & LR
Act, 1960. An appeal lies under Section 93 of the TLR & LR Act before the
Appellate Authority i.e. the Revenue Secretary against the order passed by the
Collector.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks
permission to withdraw this revision petition filed under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India to approach the Appellate Authority i.e. the Revenue
Secretary.
With the aforesaid liberty, the instant petition is disposed of as
withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
