Reasoned order dated 13 August, 2024 (Annexure-R/9) has
been enclosed to the additional affidavit filed by respondent No.4 in
compliance of the order under offence passed in WP(C) No.1002 of 2022
                        th
dated 12 July, 2023. Petitioner has also filed a rejoinder affidavit thereto
trying to controvert the grounds of rejection. However, in the opinion of this
Court, the merits of the reasoned order cannot be examined in contempt
jurisdiction in the light of the directions passed in the writ petition.
