               1.   Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court the President-Mr.   
               Menla Ethenpa  and the General Secretary-Mr. Phurba Sherpa of        
               Sikkim Football Association are personally present. They are not     
               represented by a Lawyer. Opportunity was granted to engage a         
               Lawyer. However, it is stated by them that they have already taken   
               a decision to lift the ban imposed on the petitioner and therefore,  
               they would not want to take the issue further.                       
               2.   The General Secretary of Sikkim Football Association submits    
               that the earlier ban imposed on the petitioner would have no         
               adverse effect on the petitioner. They will get the necessary points 
               that they were entitled to and they are allowed to participate in the
               tournament.                                                          
               3.   In view of the categorical statement made before this Court     
               the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not desire to pursue the 
               matter any further and allow the petitioner to participate in the

               tournament instead. Needless to say all allegations and counter      
               allegations made by the parties stands withdrawn.                    
               4.   The Writ Petition (C) No 38 of 2024 stands  disposed as         
               withdrawn along with the interim application.
