1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide
Notification No.91/Home/2024 dated 25.10.2024 the Claims
Commissioner under the Sikkim Greenfield Airport, Pakyong
(Settlement of Claims for loss and Damage) Act, 2018 has been
appointed and as such the petitioner would like to withdraw the
present Writ Petition (C) No. 37 of 2024 with liberty to approach the
Claims Commissioner. Not objected by the learned counsel for the
respondents. The Notification is taken on record and marked X .
