ORDER
It is submitted by Learned Counsel for the Appellant that they
undertake to pay the award granted by the Learned Motor Accidents
Claims Tribunal, Gangtok, Sikkim, to the Claimant/Respondent No.1
herein, in MACT Case No.16 of 2023 (Doma Lhamu Tamang vs. Passang
Lhamu Sherpa and Another) - (Rupees four
, amounting to ₹ 4,51,300/
lakhs, fifty one thousand and three hundred) only, with interest @10%
per annum, w.e.f. 06-04-2023 till full and final payment. That, the
compensation shall be paid to the Respondent No.1 within a period of
one month from today. That, in such circumstances Appeal is therefore
not being pressed and may be disposed of accordingly.
Not opposed by Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2
The Appeal stands disposed of as not pressed on the terms above.
