After arguing this matter for sometime the learned Senior
Counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this matter with
liberty to file afresh. Liberty cannot be granted for the cause which
he has brought before this Court. However, if he has any fresh
cause which may be challenged, no liberty need be granted.
