An affidavit has been filed by the State-respondent Nos. 1 to 4
stating that payments for land compensation has been made over to
the petitioner in the manner explained therein. The learned counsel
for the petitioner on instructions from his client-the petitioner who
is also personally present in Court states that he is satisfied with
the payment received. In view of the same he desires to withdraw
the present writ petition. He is permitted to do so. The Writ Petition
(C) No 12 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending
interim application also stands disposed of accordingly.
