               1.   The learned counsel  for the petitioner submits that the        
               petitioner had approached the relevant authority for compensation    
               and in view of the same, the petitioner would like to withdraw the   
               present Writ Petition (C) No. 61 of 2022. Permission granted. If the 
               petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed on the application for   
               compensation  he  may   approach  the relevant authority for         
               appropriate action as per law.                                       
               2.   The Writ Petition (C) No. 61 of 2022 stands disposed as         
               withdrawn. Pending Interlocutory Application also stands disposed    
               of accordingly.
