ORDER
Typographical errors are noticed in MAC App. No.03 of 2023 with
CO No.01 of 2023, dated 26-03-2024, which are read out in the
presence of Learned Counsel for both parties in the Court to enable this
Court to rectify the typographical errors, duly invoking the provisions of
Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. At page 5, Paragraph
9 of the said Judgment (supra) reads as follows;
“9. The question for consideration is “Whether the
compensation of computation arrived at by the Learned
Claims Tribunal was correct?”
The following is the rectification to be made in the said sentence;
