I.A. No.02 of 2024 is an application filed by the Learned
Legal Aid Counsel for the Appellant annexing therewith a copy of
the Death Certificate of the Appellant dated 21-09-2023.
Learned Counsel for the State-Respondent submits that he
has been served a copy of the application along with the Death
Certificate of the Appellant.
In the circumstances, the Appeal abates against the
Appellant.
Criminal Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
