Considered application No. 483/2024 filed for correction in
order dated 10.09.2024.
We have considered typographical or inadvertent error in
order dated 10.09.2024.
Considering aforesaid, the impugned order is amended and
following amendments are allowed in impugned order dated
10.09.2024.

(I) In para No.1 instead of “framed charge”, it be substituted
and read as “taken cognizance”.
(ii) In para No. 10 “As regard to framing of charge …….roving
inquiry is not possible” is hereby deleted.
(iii) In para No.12 “...framing charge” be substituted and read as
“….taking cognizance”.
(iv) In para No.12 “….order of charge framed” be substituted and
read as “…. order of cognizance”.
With aforesaid, criminal misc. application stands disposed of.
Aforesaid corrections be made part of order dated
10.09.2024 and fresh order be uploaded accordingly. The relevant
correction be made in red ink.
