               1.   Petitioners have raised only a grievance that their application 
               under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC dated 25.07.2022 (Ann.6) is pending        
               before the Divisional Commissioner, Ajmer, in Appeal/ LR-75/         
               No.2022/ 164, but same has not been heard and decided.               
               2.   Counsel for petitioner has pointed out that in-fact the dispute 
               is in respect of declaring a way by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jayal
               Camp   Court Adwad,  on  a misc.  revenue application bearing

               No.07/2018, vide order dated 04.06.2018 in exercise of powers        
               under Sections 131, 132 and 136 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue        
               Act, whereagainst Sukharam   has  filed an appeal before the         
               Divisional Commissioner, Ajmer.                                      
               3.   Having considered the limited grievance of petitioners, it is   
               hereby observed  that the Divisional Commissioner, Ajmer shall       
               consider the application of petitioners, if pending, and decide the  
               same, either prior to or at the time of deciding the appeal itself.  
               4.   With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition       
               stands disposed of.                                                  
               5.   All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
