               1.   The present bail application has been filed under Section 439   
               of Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR   
               No.67/2020 registered at Police Station Fatehpur, District Sikar for 
               the offence(s) under Section 376, 392 and 302 of IPC (in FIR) and    
               rejected for the offences under Sections 302, 392, 449 and 201 of    
               IPC (in order).                                                      
               2.   Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has      
               been falsely implicated in this matter. Counsel further submits that 
               FIR has been lodged after a delay of ten days. Counsel for the       
               petitioner further submits that the deceased committed suicide by    
               hanging. According to  Naksha  Mauka  (Ex.P6), the room  was         
               locked from the inside. Counsel further submits that the petitioner

               is in custody since 12.07.2020 and conclusion of trial may take      
               long time.                                                           
               3.   Learned  Public  Prosecutor opposed   the  present  bail        
               application.                                                         
               4.   Considering the material on record and taking into account      
               the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the     
               fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than four years and the 
               FIR has been lodged after a delay of ten days, without expressing    
               any opinion on the  merits of the case, this bail application is     
               allowed. Petitioner be  admitted to  regular bail subject  to        
               satisfaction of the trial Court.                                     
               5.   Office is directed to send a copy  of this order to the         
               concerned   trial Court  through  e-mail/fax,  for necessary         
               compliance.
