               1.        The  present bail application has been  filed under        
               Section 482  B.N.S.S.  in connection  with FIR  No.  40/2021         
               registered at Police Station Shreenagar District Ajmer for the       
               offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.           
               2.        Learned  counsel   for the   accused-applicant has         
               submitted that the main accused who is alleged of committing the     
               crime by drawing a forged power of attorney, has been enlarged       
               on anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.05.2024 passed in Soraj     
               Gujar @ Shivraj Gujar Vs. State of Rajasthan - S.B. Criminal Misc.   
               Bail Application No.5683/2024. It is further submitted that in the   
               present matter, the accused-applicant has merely  acted as a         
               witness therefore, is falsely implicated in the instant matter.

               3.        Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has not refuted      
               the contentions made  by the learned counsel for the accused-        
               applicant qua the order dated 20.05.2024.                            
               4.   Heard and considered.                                           
               5.   Considering the facts and  circumstances and  arguments         
               advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, and taking into     
               account the fact that the main accused in the instant matter has     
               already been accorded the benefit of bail by this Court in S.B.      
               Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.5683/2024; that the applicant     
               herein has miniscule role in the alleged offence and prima facie     
               looking at the  overall facts and circumstances  and  without        
               commenting  upon merits/demerits, this Court deems it apposite to    
               allow the instant anticipatory bail application.                     
               6.   Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is       
               allowed.                                                             
               7.   This Court directs the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police      
               Station Shreenagar  District Ajmer, District Ajmer in FIR No.        
               40/2021, that in the event  of arrest of the accused-applicant       
               Lalaram  S/o Sh. Brahma,  he shall be released on bail, provided     
               he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees       
               Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/-     
               each (Rupees Twenty  Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of      
               the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on   
               the following conditions:-                                           
                   (i)  that  the  petitioner shall make    himself                 
                   available for interrogation by a police officer as and           
                   when  required;

                   (ii) that  the petitioner shall not  directly or                 
                   indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise                
                   to any person acquainted with the facts of the case              
                   so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to              
                   the court or any police officer, and                             
                   (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave  India                 
                   without previous permission of the court.
