                    Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this       
               anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to      
               surrender before the concerned Court.                                
                    This anticipatory bail application is accordingly dismissed as  
               withdrawn.                                                           
                    However,  if petitioner surrenders himself and files bail       
               application before the concerned Court, it is expected from the      
               Court concerned to decide the bail application of the petitioner on  
               the same day as far as possible.
