1. Petitioners-plaintiffs filed instant writ petition impugning the
interlocutory order dated 20.05.2024 passed in application under Order
1 Rule 10 CPC, however, counsel for petitioners states that the main
suit itself has been decided on 28.09.2024. In such view, petitioners do
not want to pursue the writ petition.
2. In view of above, instant writ petition is dismissed as not press.
3. Any other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
