controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands
resolved by a coordinate Bench judgment of this Court at Principal
Seat, Jodhpur passed in the case of Amar Singh & Ors. versus
State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition
No.3873/2019 decided on 20.12.2023. They, therefore, pray
that these writ petitions may also be disposed of in similar terms.
Ordered accordingly.
